Your day to day

Under the general direction of the Hotel Manager, oversee the activities of the Room Division to ensure the achievement of established quality, guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Candidates without a degree minimum of 5 -7 years and must demonstrate equivalent HR consulting or related experience.
• In-depth knowledge with Singapore government law and employment act.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s grant schemes and administration processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

• Build strong relationships as a trusted HR partner, providing solutions and coaching leaders on people management and manpower strategies
• Advise on HR policies, employment laws, performance management, recruitment, rewards, and manpower planning
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and stakeholders to execute key HR projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level from recognised institutions in Human Resource/ Business Management or related studies
• 12 - 15 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in Healthcare setting
• Possesses strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to effectively engage staff at all levels, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and develop people
