What this job involves:

• In partnership with the Regional Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Managers, Facilities Managers, Program Managers, and the client drive consistency and operational excellence in the regional Facilities Management program by organizing information, building and managing project plans, managing vendor relationships and communications.
• Own the organization, management and implementation of programmatic needs across all aspects of the regional facilities programs, spanning the hard services and soft services programs spectrums.
• Communicate via multiple channels with Senior Facility Managers, Facilities Managers, Program Managers, the client and other leaders to build and sustain strong partnerships to operate in a matrix driven environment.
• Lead, attend, coordinate, organize content and presentations for team meetings at various frequencies including weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Draft and deliver internal and external communications.
• Use tools such as Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office to build appropriate tools, or reports to support operational deliverables, and other projects.
• Assist in the development and management of local and sub-regional program or project budgets.
• Work across the region to solve customer requests and challenges.
• Lead and work on special projects either self-directed or in collaboration with the broader regional IFM team or the client team.
• Comply with all company and regional policies for both JLL and the client.

We are looking for a Dynamic and Result-Driven Digital Marketing (Sales) Assistant Manager to lead and drive the performance of a team of 4 Digital Sales Consultants. This role will focus on optimising lead conversion strategies, improving call pitch effectiveness, and ensuring team success in achieving enrolment targets.

Full-Time

• ~$4,500 monthly salary ($3,000-$3500 base pay with commission)
• Scalable commission with improved performance and team-building
• Office work 8 hours a day
• 5 Working days per week (excludes weekends)
• 14 Days Annual Leave Per Year (Pro-rated basis)

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing (Sales) Assistant Manager, you will

• Lead and manage a team of 4 Digital Sales Consultants, setting performance goals and tracking results.
• Create and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and team efficiency.
• Develop and refine call scripts and pitches to improve lead conversion rates and align with digital marketing campaigns.
• Train and coach the team on communication, sales techniques, and upselling strategies.
• Track and monitor call metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, call volumes, revenue) using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure Facebook campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
• Partly perform Digital Sales Consultant role as trial to suggested strategies (ie. Engage Facebook Leads via WhatsApp and Calls to convert into Sales).

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a call or sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion strategies and experience improving call-based performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
• Data-driven, with experience using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating daily online orders, deliveries and returns of customer orders for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc).
• Picking and packing orders correctly and adhering to packing guidelines.
• Monitoring inventory and request for stocks when necessary.
• Process sales orders and monitor progress.
• Monitor and/or resolve sales order issues such as order variation, amendments and updates.
• Monitor delivery schedules and update sales team on order and delivery status.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing / Business/ Supply Chain Other relevant courses is a plus
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
