Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and E-staff expenses claims (Prosoft) are processed accurately and timely.

• Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS regulations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Objectives of the position:

This role involves Customer Quality Support for our company’s product distribution, addressing customer feedback and product quality requirements/issues. The person in this position will be responsible for handling customer feedback or requirements, such as complaints, test data, and other technical information as requested. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer Complaint Processes:

• Acknowledge the complaint

• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log

• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)

• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling

2. Track Supplier Quality:

3. Compliance with Standards:

4. Liaise with Stakeholders:

5. Maintain Records:

7. Assist with Customer Technical Enquiries:

Skills & Qualification:
