Duties and responsibilities

• Check, tally AR daily Collection on bank statement, cash book.

• Prepare Monthly AR Aging Report and generate Customer Statement of Accounts.

• Monitor customer activities through our Fleetnetic system.

• Follow up closely for customer aging with sales team.

• Check coding and post invoices from Fleetnetic system into Autoline.

• Prepare monthly bulk collection and monitor collection status.

• Monitor AR balance for both Autoline and Fleetnetic system.

• Perform Monthly billing to all inter-company (Recoverable, Rental and other ad-hoc billing).

• Update Interco AR transactions.

• Updating Outstanding balance for insurance and monitor Interco collection.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Skill Required

• GCE O levels or Diploma qualification.

Manager – Franchise Recruiting (APMEA)

As a key member of the International Business Development team, the Manager – APMEA Business Development plays a critical role in helping this vision come to life by leading the franchising efforts for new market entries across Asia Pacific and Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will support Wendy’s International brand growth plan by driving the strategy, process, tools and teams required to effectively identify, evaluate and select new multi-unit and master franchise partners through the execution of new unit Development Agreements. You will partner in the creation and recommendation of well-developed programs and incentives required to attract APMEA franchise talent, as well as provide new franchisee support in both the traditional and non-traditional development arenas.

Position Description

Drives Wendy’s new franchise recruiting efforts across APMEA for both Traditional & Non-traditional opportunities. Manages all new franchise recruiting programs/processes and drives the recruitment, selection and placement of new APMEA franchisees. Helps to manage efforts of the Global Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to ensure candidate progression through the pipeline. Manages relationships with local 3rd party franchise recruiting agencies and partners to help drive new candidate lead generation. Manages and evolves reporting and tracking for prospective franchise candidates. Establishes and converts leads into new franchisees. Partners with Wendy's Legal team and Franchise Development to grant franchise rights. Qualifications Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years professional work experience preferably in a corporate environment with an emphasis in franchising, recruiting, new restaurant development and/or strategic development.

• Track record of success driving franchise recruiting strategy with capability to demonstrate critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
