● Define and monitor metrics and KPIs on regional employer branding initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to everything you do

● Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Leadership, HR, Marketing, DEI, Recruitment, Internal Communications, and more

● A data-driven individual with solid Employer Brand experience who excels in converting data into insights and insights into action

● Knowledgeable about the talent market in APAC

● Skilled in stakeholder management and confident working with technical teams

● A proven track record of creating bold awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns

● Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable working autonomously
