1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee operations of the laboratory in Singapore and Malaysia (including employees and sales), develop and achieve company plans, goals and budgets for the tesing laboratory and inspection. Improve process efficiency; expand testing capability and capacity to cope with the business needs.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support
