PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee operations of the laboratory in Singapore and Malaysia (including employees and sales), develop and achieve company plans, goals and budgets for the tesing laboratory and inspection. Improve process efficiency; expand testing capability and capacity to cope with the business needs.

Job Purpose

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, security, and operations of the company’s facilities. Job Scope including but not limited to:

Formulate and implement standard operating procedures, manage, train and develop team members, liaise with executive management to ensure that company’ short and long term goals are met

Accountable for planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations and that customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Monitor supplies and inventory to make sure they’re used properly and efficiently and that we adhere to the store budget, manage Profit & Loss and forecasting of the business operational costing.

Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction

Monitor customers reactions and confer frequently with servicing staff or captains to ensure customer satisfaction, respond to comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, take personal responsibility to resolve issues.

Other adhoc duties as and when necessary

Job Requirement:

At least Diploma/Degree in Management/Food & Beverage Operation or related certifications

Minimum 10 years’ working experience in food and beverage industry, preferably with management experience

Possess a comprehensive set of food & beverage service and operations skills, proven in handling customer satisfaction

Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications, capable of building and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and quality management

Prior experience in a F&B environment involving in operations activities is an added advantages

Job Description:

• Registers clients, as appropriate to clinic operations

• Answers WhatsApp messages, inquiries from clients and others; answer calls as appropriate, and/or schedules appointments

• Respond to clients queries.

• Arranges logistics for prescribed tests

• Supports day-to- day unit clinical and administrative operations.

• Dispensing plans for the clients

• Payment collection

• Obtains and verifies client billing information, processes patient accounts, and maintains records.

• Assisting practitioner in procedures - training will be provided

• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic

• Process billing, and payments using card terminals and maintain product stocks.

Requirements:

- No age limitation

- Nursing experience preferred

- Able to operate MS Word, Excel (training on using clinical software will be provided)

- Possess great ability to communicate and relate with other people

- Willing to learn and willing to receive constructive feedback

- Have the passion to help others

Clinic operating hour 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
