As part of the Global Materials Supply (GMS) Team, The Senior Materials Manager will lead the GMS TNF Fabric team that services TNF Global and Regional fabric sourced through the Asia Sourcing Office in Asia Region. With a team of approximately 10 associates based in 5 different countries, the individual is responsible for driving the TNF Material Sourcing strategy and managing an efficient material supply model that ensures quality, cost and timely delivery of all raw material. The leader is responsible for building and developing a cohesive materials team across countries that maximizes “One VF” scale in leverage through analytics and brings a procurement mindset to the organization. The role has extensive focus to operationally connect with Brands, Sourcing, Costing, Quality, Finance, and Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability organizations and Suppliers. Creating synergy, agility by having frequent communication and team works with functional leaders in Singapore strategic hub is required. The Senior Materials Manager is viewed as a key thought partner to GMS Director to help build an innovative and creative solutions culture to the region and to solve complex material supply issues.

Key Result Areas:

Material Sourcing Strategy

· Map and drive long- and short-term Asia material supply strategy execution plan for TNF factoring in footprint movements, supply models, lead times, profitability, sustainable materials, brand and sourcing needs

• Work cross-functionally in selection of regional and local suppliers and materials that support material and manufacturing strategies and Product Development objectives.

Operation Excellence

Delivery Management - Ensure reliable delivery of material on time for production by working closely with material suppliers and GMS Planning team.

Quality Management

· Lead the quality issue investigation of root cause, implement mitigation action and liability settlement to all material related quality cases.

· Drive resolution of Material quality issues in collaboration with Brand, Sourcing and Quality teams.

Cost Management

· Rationalize the seasonal negotiation overall target and determining individual supplier targets for in person negotiation mills.

· Establish annual material cost savings targets, review and alignment of Cost guidance and final cost with leadership

Material Development and GTM Calendar Operation

· Act as the key liaison for Product Development leadership in TNF and Sourcing leadership for all material supply related topics.

· Create the needed exceptional processes for Innovation projects to ensure all business expectations are met with brand material team and cross functional teams

· Optimize the GTM calendar process. Drive alignment with cross function and brands to monitor the discipline and execution on Material related milestone is on track

Supplier Management

· Report and monitor supplier performance by using SPM for active performance management.

· Responsible for managing and owning supplier relationship and building supplier partnerships

· Influence suppliers to build innovative solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, agility, lead-time for the best fulfillment of business needs

Compliance and Sustainability

· Drive suppliers to comply with Compliance and Sustainability initiatives to ensure VF standards and requirements are met within the group’s material supply.

· Actively support and execute sustainable material roadmaps through identification of supplier capabilities, capacities and innovative sustainable alternatives

CBRE is seeking to appoint a new Programme Manager to manage and control development and fit out

projects across multiple countries within APAC (exact countries and specific projects is to be

determined).

This person will work with the incumbent Client Account team and project delivery teams across the

region as appropriate to support pipeline and active projects from a central Account perspective. This

individual will provide on-going support for these project demands by attending/facilitating control

meetings, updating schedules and online tools and technologies, providing written analysis and tracking,

Key roles and responsibilities of the Programme Manager include:

projects and requirements as part of a yearly Capital Planning cycle.

7. Assist in the development of Procurement Strategies, Project Briefing, Project Execution Plans

11. Support the Client Account team in the sourcing, assessment and early preparedness of qualified

variable project management staff in line with project pipe-line work across the region

12. Onboard and support all consultant teams in order that they become fully familiar with Client

and CBRE playbooks process and standards.

13. Provide oversight of Project Closeout procedures to ensure full documentation for hand- over

and financial close of projects meets stipulated KPI’s

14. Assist in performing periodic spot-audits of Project Manager documentation on active projects

including, but not limited to, Project Monthly Reports & Cost Reports, Risk Registers, Change

Control & Variation Log, Value Creation Log, Sourcing Site documentation, filing of docs on Drive

etc

15. Work closely with local Project Managers to establish communication procedures and filing

systems for projects, and set up appropriate tracking of necessary approvals of all kinds

16. Support Account Project Coordinator as necessary to meet work-load deadlines and deliverables,

including but not limited to:

○ PR/POs (including updating the PO tracker)

○ Contracts administration and Procurement KPIs

○ Central Project reporting database

Management Consultant Manager – Risk & Compliance

Work Location: Singapore

What will you do?

Digital Risk and Compliance (DRC) / Risk, Regulation & Compliance (RR&C) professionals transform the risk and compliance management function from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions.

Engagement Management

· Manage project work or selected work streams in DRC/RR&C service line

· Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution

· Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process redesign, communication and training, etc

· Work with client's business units, including Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk processes and procedures development

· Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures

Job Qualifications

· Experience within a consulting and banking firm.

· Min of 7 years of relevant work experience in any of the areas below:

o Enterprise risk management with deep understanding of risk governance, operating model, risk identification and assessment processes

o Risk data analytics and reporting

o Implementation of IRM/GRC tools

o Control design, testing, optimization and automation

o Operational resilience and business continuity

o Third party risk management

o Technology risk framework design, implementation and risk assessment

o Data quality and governance

· Proven track record in project delivery and change management

· Excellent communications skills, and proficiency in MS suite, particularly Powerpoint.
