Duties

• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters for both Singapore and Overseas companies including preparation of Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and preparation of materials for meetings
• Prepare and draft board resolution and minutes examples change of directors and/or secretary, establishment of bank accounts and facilities, transfer of shares, increase of share capital, etc
• E-filing of various transactions with ACRA which includes Annual Return, Return of Allotment, Appointment of Officers, etc
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including meeting deadlines

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

THE ROLE:

The Marketing & Programs Manager will manage the planning and execution of marketing activities as well as working with company's leaders to develop communications (speeches, presentations, and talking points) to external and internal audiences to maximize media exposure of SEMI’s brand. The goal for this role is to tell the SEMI story in a coherent, evolving, and compelling way to inspire SEMI members and stakeholders to become further engaged and invested in SEMI including sales collateral development, press releases, web content creation, email marketing, advertising, direct mail, and other communications.
