Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director

· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

· Minium 5 years of project environment experience

· Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades

• Knowing how to use WMS system for location transfer, checking inventory balance will be an added advantage

This job requires much physical work. The work environment can be hot at times and required to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities:

• Review customers forecast and order, then propose loading in ERP
• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery plan
• Monitor and work with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and production plan
• Minimise shipment backlogs and maintain inventory at optimal level
• Maintain forecast waterfall report and line of balance
• Participate in customer's conference call for delivery matters

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 3years’ of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably in SAP
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate must have prior EMS experience

Providing both clerical and administrative support to Project Managers, either as part of a team or individually involved with the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

• Devising and maintaining office systems.

• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information

• Email Filling/archiving

• Providing administrative and secretarial support to Secretary

Skills in MS Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel software will be required to produce correspondence and documents. Candidate should also be able to maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.

Be highly flexible to handle multi-task and to work independently or within team.

Should possess excellent communications skills in English.

The candidate should preferably be a Degree/ Diploma holder with 2 to 3 years minimum working experience in administration.
