Qualifications/Requirement.

· Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.

· At least 3-5 years of sales engineering experience in Oil & Gas industries/ EPC within SEA regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Consultant who is designated as SO Rep to manage the day to day operations of the Building Contract. These shall include carrying out the planning, coordination, reporting and implementation of the Project which include preparing, monitoring and carrying out of the Project according to the approved construction programme;
• Attending/conducting and providing the relevant materials and technical inputs at briefings; presentations; project reviews e.g. technical; or any other meetings/events;
• Planning and implementation of the Project including all preceding and follow up services such as obtaining permits/approval by various authorities where appropriate, contract documentation, implementation and supervision of the works;
• Track and monitor the contractor’s and consultants’ submission to authorities for clearance, all timber mock-up, sample unit, material sample approvals, inspections, shop-drawings, method statements and work trades demonstration approved schedules to ensure that they are closely adhered to;
• Review and monitor the project’s overall master programme and cost and ensure that the Project is within the allocated construction cost budget specified; and
• Liaise with all parties, including the Quantity Surveying Consultant, to prepare all updated project cash-flow information, projected and actual site progress of the project for presentation.

Requirements:

• Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree.
• The degree shall be recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;
• Familiarity with (a) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work, (b) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, and (c) the Standard Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract, will be an advantage
• Able to demonstrate strong project management, decision making and leadership skills;

Position purpose

Part of The Global Distribution team, the Area Asia Pacific GBU Pharma Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing the GBU business plans that align with our corporate channel strategy involving the Outbound Channel. The “Outbound” objective is to profitably increase Roquette market share through the expansion and growth of our dealer network(s) in the region and improve the Distribution Management productivity. He participates to the on/off boarding of Distributors, to the transfer of some customer to Distributors and to the definition of Distribution rules, methods and tools. Key accountabilities

The successful candidate will have a completed PhD degree in History, and have a strong research agenda rooted in World History, with no preference for regions. • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures (IT-related SOPs) to protect company assets and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and manage timely responses to incidents.
• Oversee access management, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security systems.
• Plan and execute IT projects aligned with company goals and priorities.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and relationships with vendors effectively.
• Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
• Provide regular updates on IT projects, operations, and performance improvements.
• Establish protocols for monitoring infrastructure and network performance.
• Implement robust data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Manage cloud resources and ensure seamless integration with on-prem systems or data centres.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external IT-related matters.
• Present IT performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Window Operating System, Microsolf, server administration, networking, storage solutions, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with IT security tools and practices, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Candidates with these certifications will have a distinct advantage: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator, CCNA, CCNP and MCSE. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
• Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues with strong decision-making and critical-thinking capabilities.
