Requirements

•Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields with Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/Service Integration and Management (SIAM) certification

•At least 8-10 yrs of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management inclusive of at least 3 years in leadership role

•Proven proficiency in utilizing Agile methodologies for operations management.

•Certification in Business Continuity Management (BCM) is preferred but not mandatory

•Knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform are preferred, with certifications in ITSM CAS, CAD, or CIS considered a bonus.

•Familiarity with network and cloud technologies (public, private), including Linux, Wintel, VMware, and DevOps.

Brain Training, Sensory Integration, and more! The Associate Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. This role involves supporting various administrative, operational, and client services functions to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. The Associate Centre Manager also plays a key role in staff management, client engagement, and helping drive the growth of the centre.

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure the facility runs efficiently, adhering to operational goals and objectives.
• Develop operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

2. Staff Management:

• Recruit and train staff, ensuring high levels of staff performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all centre operations.
• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding.

3. Client Relations & Engagement:

• Serve as the point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and feedback.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Organize regular parent consultations and reviews to discuss student progress or address any concerns.

4. Sales & Enrollment:

• Handle student enrollment processes, converting inquiries into sales.
• Promote centre programs and services to increase customer base and retention.
• Ensure all fee collections are timely and accurate.
• Generate sales reports for senior management.

5. Marketing & Publicity:

• Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with external vendors to create promotional content such as videos, banners, and flyers.

6. Program Scheduling & Management:

• Plan and administer program schedules, ensuring smooth execution of all classes.
• Coordinate groupings of students and staff to optimize efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure timely communication of schedule changes to staff, and clients.

7. Vendor & Facility Management:

• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee facility maintenance, including equipment upkeep and repairs.

8. Event & Project Management:

• Plan, manage, and execute centre events such as holiday programs, open houses, workshops.
• Lead any special projects aimed at developing or improving the centre's services.

9. Administration:

• Maintain all necessary paperwork including policies, forms, contracts, and other administrative documentation.
• Oversee centre management systems (e.g., databases, booking systems, apps).
• Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding.

10. Reporting & Assistance:

• Provide regular reports and data analysis to senior management on the centre's performance.
• Assist senior management with tasks, projects, and other personal assistance when needed.

Responsibilities:

Contracts Management

1. Prepare and provide responses for tender bidding, submission of relevant costs spreadsheets and profitability analysis.

2. Managing contractual claims to protect commercial interest.

3. Prepare requests for proposals for distribution to vendors.

4. Develop a set of standard contracts for the company, ensuring that they are in line with corporate goals and objectives.

5. Analyse all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.

6. Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines.

7. Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications.

8. Analyse a contract’s risk to the business.

9. Visit client sites and meet with business partners.

10. Train and supervise other contract professionals.

11. Communicate contract implementation to subordinates and other internal stakeholders.

12. Lead complex contract negotiations and manage all changes and addendums to existing contracts.

13. Ensure that all raw material used meet the specified requirements.

Manage post contract administration

1. Communicate payment regime to relevant stakeholders.

2. Attend project meetings.

3. Prepare valuations for interim payments and/or recommendation for payment to contractors, specialists and sub-contractors including recommendations for payment.

4. Measure variation of cost claims.

5. Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations.

Team Management

1. Establish good working rapport with colleagues from Contracts and other departments.

2. Involve in training and development of the Contracts team, including on-the-job training to enhance the core competence of team members.

3. Work with Contract team members to improve work processes, productivity and hit rate of tenders.

4. Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.

5. Ensure that team members have a complete understanding of the project scope of works.

6. Conduct/participate at briefings and regular meetings.

General

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office application.

• At least 7 years relevant experience in the Interior industry in Singapore.

The Assistant Manager, Information System shall assist the Manager, Information System to plan, direct and oversee activities dealing with a company’s computer and information systems. He/She shall coordinate jobs related to the hardware, software and network that the business uses. He/she shall spearhead the establishment of cybersecurity system for local and regional facilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Developing and overseeing the cybersecurity measures for the organization.

· Evaluating the organization’s IT needs and finding ways to improve the products and systems in place for

enhance productivity, security and efficiency.

· Recommending upgrades and enhancements to top management, explaining the key benefits of new tech-

based investments for the organization.
