Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, meeting specifications and advancing towards mass production.
• Collaborate with clients to define product specifications, costs, schedules, and quality requirements, fostering strong client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
• Strategize and organize project workflows, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.
• Oversee Design for Manufacturing (DFM) processes in collaboration with tool designers and engineering teams, while managing technical documentation and engineering changes.
• Prepare and present quotations for tools and molded parts in response to customer RFQs.
• Regularly update management on the status of ongoing projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline by pursuing new customers and additional projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in plastic injection molding, tool fabrication, or mechanical product design.
