Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

This role is critical in maintaining the integrity, accuracy and security of academic records, supporting the College’s academic mission while enhancing the student experience from initial contact to graduation. Acting as a central liaison, the Registrar facilitates communication and compliance between students, faculty, administration and external organizations, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and regulations.

Key Accountabilities

Leadership

• Provide leadership to the Academic Administration Department, ensuring the effective delivery of registration, records management and academic services.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, policies and procedures that align with SBC’s vision, mission, values and academic priorities.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Executives, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
• Serve as a member of the Academic and Scholarship Committees and authorised office-bearer for students records and PDPA, contributing to planning and decision-making.

Management

Pre-Requisites
