Wealth Credit Management (WCM) at Citi is a newly formed business line to provide integrated end to end credit underwriting, transaction, and portfolio management in partnership with all the origination businesses of the Private Bank and Wealth Management of Citi. Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Partner with the department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Use Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions.

Job Requirement:

Job Scope:

1. Perform visual testings in a private ophthalmologist clinic

- Visual acuity

- Auto refractor

- Air puff tonometry

- Fundal photography

- OCT Scans of the optic disc and macula (will be taught)

- Humphrey visual field perimetry (will be taught)

2. Main role is to assist the ophthalmologist to carry out outpatient clinic by performing basic tests for every patients and advance tests for some patients.

3. To assist in some administrative matters.
