Assist the Salon Manager on the day to day running of the salon, including training, sales, consulting, ordering of stock, calculating of days taking and other assigned roles. Minimum of 3 years working experience with supervisory experience preferred. Basic knowledge of English is necessary and a second language is advantageous.

Manage the day to day operations of a beauty salon Including but not limited to, setting sales targets, manpower scheduling and customer satisfaction.

- Formulate strategies for increaing sales.

- Manage manpower and formulate work schedule to ensure seamless service for customers.

- Interact with customers for improvement in service standards.

- Hardworking and able to work independently

- Preparing creditor accounts monitoring payment.

- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct

- Working with accounting software, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

- Recording and filing cash transactions.

Job Description

To receive and acknowledge goods when cargo is delivered

To measure the weight and dimensions of the cargo and record them in the Warehouse Tally Sheet

To ensure that the physical cargo tallies with that of the incoming document

To ensure proper handling of all goods

To ensure that product is received in good condition and not damaged

To inform the supervisor of any damaged product as soon as possible

To repack the goods if necessary

To ensure that goods are stacked and palletized appropriately

To assist the warehouse supervisor in carrying out regular inventory checks

To ensure that the warehouse and work area is clean and tidy

To observe safety rules at all times

To manage the logistics and transportation issues related to the freight forwarding business

To accept any ad-hoc duties, responsibilities, and project delegated from time to time as assigned

Able to read, speak & write basic Chinese

** ** Able to work in a warehouse environment (non-aircon environment)

Requirement

Physically fit

WSQ Operate Forklift (Preferred)

Warehouse experience (Preferred)

Valid Class 3 driving license with knowledge of Singapore road

Min 1 – 3 years’ work experience as driver with good driving records

Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude
