• Tender preparation / assessment of commercial viability to bid, review technical requirements, customer specification review, best vendor assessments, deriving costing estimates, product / vendor sourcing,commercial negotiations
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by following up closely with inter-departments, customers & vendors during pre-sales, order, or post -sales processes to deliver end results effectively
• Sales forecasting, project coordination, after sales support, sales presentations
• Additional role may be assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher in electrical & electronics engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in BD or sales role
• Experience in IT industry or related industries an advantage
• Knowledge of industrial & commercial telecommunication systems and its applications
• Experience in the promotion of industrial and/or telecommunication systems, with proven track records in securing projects related to Telecommunication Solutions (such as network, ex-proof and electrical products)
• Technical experience with industrial and/or telecommunication systems and good understanding of equipment specification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare written and verbal quotations to customers timely and accurately.
• Handle sales order processing and administrative functions.
• Work closely with Sales team to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
• Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues of all departments ensuring timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on inquires through communication channels, always maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Actively promote the Company brand to establish and develop new leads with potential customers.
• Support the development of new and existing products.
• Bookkeeping of customers’ transactions, complaints, and all necessary records.
• Arranging hotel, travel accommodation for Sales team as needed for overseas job.
• Create, manage, follow up all maintenance contract before the deadline.
• Generate and issue warranty certificate after product delivered.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year related experience in a Sales Support
• Basic Microsoft application especially Excel, Word and Power Point
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
