The Asset Management team is responsible for BW Group vessels management activities such as investment/divestment of vessels, identify business opportunities, generate returns through asset play, long term projects and/or forward paper markets as well as supporting other business units in their sales and purchase activities.

A successful candidate would ideally be able to work under time pressure, attention to detail for reviewing and negotiating contracts and good business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation of investment/divestment decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysis as part of the proposal process
• Support in the negotiations for ship Sale & Purchase agreements and Newbuilding contracts
• Administration of existing contracts/agreements
• Maintain and update databases (S&P and MDM)
• Assist and responsible for sending out routine reports
• Monitor and update FFA positions as and when required.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Liaise with external parties on operational and technical matters on BW Dry Cargo fleet
• Liaise with Buyers/Sellers or brokers on post-fixture documents

• Bachelor (BA, Finance, Economics or Shipping/Maritime)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Be familiar with accounting policies, tax rules and annual audit process in Singapore

· Preferably with experience in China-corporate accounting principles

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue.
