• Govern the activities related to company secretarial services as and when needed.
• Miscellaneous transactions to be managed as and when needed: ESOP, Tax optimisation, valuations, project costings, government grants, ESG reporting, internal IT system improvements/implementations, cross border transactions i.e. withholding tax, transfer pricing etc.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a team management role. Experience in the IT services industry is highly desirable.

The Role

Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. This role focuses on the creation of tokenized securities, including money market funds, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution.
