We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Corporate Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both strategy consulting, preferably from a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), and also corporate finance, while possessing a deep understanding of the digital banking sector. This role will be pivotal in driving our growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, investor relations and market expansion.

• Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products
• Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
• Leading and training teams of Marketing Associates
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
• Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
• Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand

· Manage social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, website, etc) and ensure that up-to-date information is uploaded.

· Work with management on formulating and implementation of marketing initiatives

· Conceptualize and develop marketing plans and initiatives aligned with Company’s objectives and brand strategies

· Develop creative promotional campaigns to drive brand to achieve optimal sales growth

· Work on tight dateline to meet media advertisements by various Landlords and ad hoc media exposure offered and/or pick up by media companies.

· Regular store visits to ensure correct and consistent marketing communications as well as distinctive display of marketing materials.

· Sale of F&B related events/conferences.

· To maintain and grow F&B sales for exiting the client.

· Implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase business revenue.

· Manage multiple projects via events, seminar and meetings as per arranged. Participate in any ad-hoc sales and marketing duty.

· Perform other related duties

• Able to prepare tender including the pricing for management's review
• Able to prepare budgetary breakdowns and present cost reports to management
• Able to prepare cash flow projections for management's review
• Able to discuss variation works and final account for the main contract with consultants
• Able to call quotation, prepare quotation comparison and negotiate with subcontractors prior to award of subcontract works
• Able to attend and handle tender interviews

• Degree in Building Management Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a construction company
• Independent & able to meet dateline set

• Assist the project manager in all site activities
• Coordinate with main contractor and consultants
• Planning, managing and ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned to complete within the specified time and desired quality.
• Site administration and management which include site safety and control of materials /plants on site.
• Monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master's program
• Monitoring progress and expediting smooth progress of works on-site to meet targets.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
• Ensure that work is implemented in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality, performance of manpower requirement and ensuring that proper recording and or documentation of site works are carried out properly

• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent or mature candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
• Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
