•⁠ ⁠Market knowledge

•⁠ ⁠BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

•⁠ ⁠The ability to work under pressure.

•⁠ ⁠Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

• Managing and maintaining workshop records, files, and databases
• Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Assisting workshop managers and technicians with administrative task
• Coordinating workshop parts order and work closely with Procurement and vendors
• Processing workshop invoices, DO, etc
• Accurately entering data in to workshop management software (maximo & SAP, etc)
• Providing general administrative support to the to workshop, etc
• Maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment
• Performing other administrative duties as required
• Any other tasks and assignments given by superior as part of training and development.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' level / Nitec / Diploma
• Min 1-2 years of admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to commit for 1 year contract duration.
