The model involves cognitive, behavioural and emotional adaptability and refers to how an individual’s thinking, behaviour and emotions can be modified. In the context of PE teachers, the subject of PE is underpinned by a high level of variability and dynamism of the teaching environment as well as interaction among students and the PE teacher (e.g., physical classroom, CCA, outdoor education, values-based education). Unlike other subjects, the teaching and learning situation can transit quite quickly and there is greater uncertainty on the emergence of students’ learning behaviours as they interact with the learning task and environment.

In this programme of work, the research team would build on their previous research experiences and track records to i) examine how adaptable Singapore PE teachers are (Phase 1), ii) the factors that could impact the level of adaptability (e.g., perceived autonomy support, socio-demographic variables, resilience, and creativity) (Phase 1) and iii) if PE teachers with higher adaptability levels are more inclined to adopt innovative pedagogical practices (Phase 2).

• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.
• Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students in the GYM room
• Clean the gym room and the sports hub.
• Any other duties as assigned by School Leaders.

- Fetch (AM) and Send (PM) staff to designated MRT Station

Requirements :

- Valid Class 3 license to drive 10 foot lorry / van

- Min. GCE 'N' Level / Nitec or equivalent

- 2 years working experience in similar environment / capacity

- Physically fit to move boxes / cartons (when required)

- Familiar with deliveries to cargo complex / ports

- Forklift license will be an added advantage

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.
• Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
• Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Producing site progress report to management.
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.
• Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.
• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferrable 10-15 years of project management experience in the high rise projects and mixed development in building projects
• Required Skill(s): leadership, technical, planning, coordination, multi-task
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
