• Manage the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment such as copiers, air-conditioners, water dispensers, etc
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience

Skills and knowledge required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
• Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Takes initiative to make things happen
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with various levels of employees

Job Responsibilities

Location : Tuas

Working hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• To deliver goods to departmental stores
• To drop off parcels at Ecommerce Drop-off points
• To deliver or to collect samples, etc
• To deliver / collect goods for ad hoc fairs after office hours as and when required
• To pack or price tag stock for delivery
• Loading and unloading of goods / container
• To ensure no stock discrepancies during delivery / collection of returned goods
• Any other task assigned

Key Skills / Experience

• Physical Fit and Strong – need to carry boxes of cookware during delivery
• Able to speak and write English
• Minimum 1 year in warehousing experience
• Process valid Class 3 driving licence with minimum 2 years driving experience
• Focused, Well-Organised and Responsible
• Able to work independently as well as team
• Maintain a high level of positive attitude towards the job
