Job Summary

The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor supports mid to large scale projects consisting of single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services. He/She analyzes customer solutions and actively participates in successful solution implementation while meeting the needs of customers and the company. The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor manages cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits as defined by the implementation Master Operating Plan (MOP).

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager will assist in collaborating closely with the butler team and assist in leading and supervising the guest experience team in delivering a seamless and delightful stay experience for our guests.

What you will be DOING:

Job Objectives

The Relationship Manager is responsible for active client management strategies and acquisition through networking, marketing activities and ongoing dialogue with a few key selected clients. He/ she is focused on building strategic relationships with these select clients.

He/ She provides product advisory on bespoke products that meet clients' needs. He/ she is the main point-of-contact for all client relationship matters. He/ she also conducts analysis and monitors his/ her clients to proactively manage any potential risks or issues.

Job Responsibilities

i. Pre-Investment

• Create and establish interpersonal relationships with existing and potential investors

• Build on a strong referral network (Wealth Club)

ii. Investment

• Build up knowledge and expertise on market overview (real estate and finance), other industry practices and products; ZACD investment products

• Advise and promote our investment products/opportunities (Fund raising/AUM – Asset Under Management)

• Comply with the current regulatory standards

iii. Post-Investment

• Become trusted advisor to clients and strengthening their loyalty

• Regular updates to clients on their investments with ZACD and gather feedback

• Assist operations (Middle office) in client documentation

• Developing new business and partnership with clients

iv. Others

• Acquire new clients for ZACD Group

• Market and sell the full suite of products and services especially the funds to the high net worth clients of accredited investors

• High net worth with the focus on family business would be an advantage

• Develop and maintain client relationships by establish long term partnerships

• Be able to identify business opportunities

• Achieve collaborate and promote cooperation with other business areas e.g. SLP; to maximize business opportunities

• Achieve sustainable and consistent financial performance aligned to agreed KPIs

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Banking/ Financial services

• 2-5 years of experience in managing high net worth clients will be an added advantage

• Strong judgment and big-picture thinking on top of industry or functional expertise

• Assist Head Nurse in daily Operations of TCF
• Ensure smooth daily operation flow and to assist in daily operations being assigned by the Head Nurse or Management
