Copi (https://mycopi.app), the SaaS arm of Counto, is seeking a vivacious and proactive Junior Personal Assistant and Business Development Associate to support our leadership and represent us at key industry events.

What You’ll Do:

• Personal Assistance: Organize and manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing for and scheduling client meetings, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for all attendees.
• Business Development Support: Conduct market research, identify potential partnerships, and support business development initiatives alongside the team.
• Event Representation: Act as an evangelist for Copi at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Be the face of our brand, passionately communicating our vision and services to potential clients and partners.
• Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including organizing documents, drafting emails, and preparing reports as needed.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Responsible for picking and sorting goods accurately as per requests.
• Executing bin-to-bin transfers.
• Assist with inventory system, regular stock check, keeping accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Clearing and stacking empty pallets in designated areas.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• At least one year of Warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Able to carry load (up to 25kg) and work OT when required.
• Experience in using SAP software is highly preferred.
