Food Assembly Assistant reports to Catering Supervisor (Pre-set) through the Catering Officer and his/her duties are as follow:

1. Preset Business, Premium Economy and Economy class meals on trays according to airline's specifications.

2. Collect all the required food items for preset.

3. Collect bins of clean airline equipment from equipment staging area.

Responsibilities:

A) General reception duties

• Attend to walk-ins, handling mails and courier (incoming and outgoing).
• Attend to incoming guests and to serve drinks to them.
• Answer incoming calls.

B ) General administrative duties

• General upkeep of the office.
• Requisition of office equipment and supplies.Manage and order office stationaries & pantry supplies.
  Liaise with suppliers on printing of name cards and letterheads, office equipment, office broadband, etc.
• Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying.
• Run errands - banks, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

CLINIC ASSISTANTS
Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
Patient care support, such as taking of vital signs.
Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
Assist doctor and staff nurses during consultation and patient care.
Cashiering and admimistrative support duties as assigned
Experience in clinical duties such as taking of blood samples, recording vital signs reading and etc. will be an added bonus

Requirements

Min 3 years or more years of experience in a clinic setting.

Working hours: 830am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays), 830am to 1pm (Saturdays)
Work location will be in Central / Novena
Singaporean preferred
Able to speak MANDARIN to the Chinese-speaking patients
