The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is

- To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

- To assist the Group in audit and accounts functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.

• To maintain & update all relevant banking records which include maintaining bank account Master Database, updating of consolidated report of banking facilities / charges and utilization.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.

• To support business stakeholders in FX and trade financing matters.

• To identify business and market opportunities and work closely with banks for new funding scheme and evaluate current scheme for improvement.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests such as FATCA.

• To prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.

Corporate

• To assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

• To assist in ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Accounting and Audit

• To support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.

• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and group guidelines.

• To assist in the review of payments and receipts.

Others

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintain consistent strong operational relationships.

• To work with Legal Department on Banks’ Letter of Offer and negotiate terms and conditions with our banks.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

2. HR Subject Matter Expertise for Product Development

1. Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights on HR processes, trends, and best practices for designing and enhancing product features.
2. Act as the internal expert on corporate HR workflows, ensuring that the Raffles Connect App meets the needs of HR teams managing employee medical benefits and claims.
3. Conduct research and provide input on features related to employee healthcare, benefits, and HR analytics.
4. Work closely with corporate clients to gather feedback on HR-related product features and translate this into actionable product requirements.

3. Cross-Border HR Management

1. Support the core software development team in Vietnam, ensuring consistency in HR policies and practices across regions.
2. Act as a liaison between the Singapore and Vietnam offices, fostering a unified company culture.
3. Ensure compliance with Vietnam labour laws and regulations, in collaboration with local HR partners or consultants.

4. Talent Development and Retention

1. Design and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and prepare them for future roles.
2. Develop strategies to enhance employee retention, leveraging feedback and engagement surveys to drive improvements.
3. Partner with team leads to identify high-potential talent and create personalized development plans.

5. HR Data and Analytics

1. Track and analyse HR metrics such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and recruitment efficiency to inform decision-making.
2. Provide regular updates to leadership on HR trends and areas for improvement.
3. Leverage HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Experience working with product development teams or as an HR consultant to technology organizations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of corporate HR workflows, including employee benefits and claims management.
• Proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple countries, particularly in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with HR technology and systems to support operational efficiency.

Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Job Description: The candidate shall have experience managing complex ERP implementation projects and shall have experience in supporting pre-sales. Able to communicate and manage CXO independently.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating the people, resources, and processes required to deliver new software or upgrade existing products.
• Identifying the requirements for new software programs and translating product requirements into work items that the team can perform.
• Managing teams of software developers that design and create software applications and web services for clients
• Delegating duties, establishing development standards, and creating a budget and timeline for the project
• Collaborating with upper-level management and developers to ensure that software applications meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Looking for at least 8 years of relevant experience in SAP - Finance / Logistics / ABAP related projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, and JavaScript will be advantageous.
• Experience in SAP software implementation, development and support is a must.

• Identify, assess and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors
• Work with ABeam’s regional COE team for various activities.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singapore consulting environment
• Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR team & customer fronting
• Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries
• Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design
• Presales experience will be added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Preferred current base in Singapore and able to work full time onsite
