Job Description

Job Description:

• Lead Safety Department.
• Develop, review, revise, maintain and implement HSE policies.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health act and all applicable legislations.
• Able to exercise due diligence in the assessment of risks and recommendation of appropriate control measures.
• Ensure compliance of workplace, safety and health issues.
• Advise management team on safety related issues.
• Enforce and monitor safety conduct on site.
• Corporate level monitoring of EHS.
• Ensuring EHS implementation on both construction and manufacturing aspects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance. Make necessary recordings
• Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occurs and take action to prevent re-occurrence.
• Prepare Risk Assessment/ Safe work procedure
• Assist in planning and preparation of safety equipment to be available for site usage
• Periodic conducting of safety briefing
• Report incidents and accidents to management
• Maintain project accident statistics
• To perform other supervision and routine job assigned by corporate management team
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 system
• Any related duty as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess WSH Level B or C certificate
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Possess own transport will be an added advantage
• 6 days work week
