JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide general administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity
• Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital files, ensuring proper storage and retrieval of documents
• Input and update data into various systems or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
• Greet visitors and clients, direct them to the appropriate staff members, and provide assistance as needed
• Assist in coordinating and setting up meetings, presentations, and company events, including booking rooms and preparing materials
• Help manage office schedules and appointments for executives and teams, ensuring efficient time management
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and ensure outgoing mail is sent in a timely manner
• Provide general office support to other departments or teams as needed, ensuring smooth collaboration across the organization
• Perform other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned by management, contributing to overall office efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

The role involves:

• Partnering our clients to understand their financial circumstances and organisational objectives and develop effective business solutions tailored to their transfer pricing needs
• Managing the delivery of transfer pricing engagements and identifying opportunities for transfer pricing and other services
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to build up our transfer pricing capabilities.
• Working closely with Partners to identify business development opportunities

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Possess a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law; with at least 5 years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 audit firm, or a tax authority.
• Possessing an accreditation by SIATP will be an added advantage.
• Have a thorough understanding of the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international transfer pricing environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing guidelines will be an advantage.
• Have excellent research and report writing skills and analytical mindset.
• Be committed to technical excellence and has an outward-looking, people-oriented personality with great English communication skills.
• Have strong leadership qualities and organisational skills.
• Be strongly driven and committed to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients from a wide spectrum of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring including installation, servicing and troubleshooting of machine equipment
• Identify and document issues in assembly and testing phases
• Conduct on-site machine commissioning and client training
• Complete in-house automation machine assembly and wiring
• Analyze and solve machinery issues during testing and commissioning

Roles & Responsibilities;

Ø Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.

Ø Coordinating cooks' tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Overhaul, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance
• Monitor equipment operating condition and record in the checklist
• Making of DI water & treatment of wastewater including maintenance
• Changing of H2 LPG cylinder and monitor N2 consumption
• Maintenance of RTO solvent pumps & room pressure condition
• Maintenance of Last IC Air-Con, Compressors, Vacuum & Exhaust system
• Maintenance and repair of general breakdowns such as toilet taps, floor tiles, painting, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Min 1 or 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (morning and night).

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,400 +Shift & OT Allowance +AWS +VB (Around 2 Months)
