Job Scope:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial & admin support to CEO
• Prepare & manage correspondences, emails & documents
• Compiling & preparing reports, presentations
• Doing operational and documentation, filling, simple design etc
• Ensure all matters are followed up promptly
• Site visiting, attend meeting or some courses, etc

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years experiences (preferably F&B sector)
• Diploma or Degree
• Able to work independently
• At least 60-70 WPM typing speed
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Able to travel and attend events outside of regular working hours.
