Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 7.45 am to 4.45 pm

Basic Salary: Up to $2400

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate operational information is documented correctly and properly (accuracy, quality & integrity) as per required standards
• Ensure documents/ operational data (including technical drawing) are properly stored (as per retention policies) and are accessible
• Update documents/ operational data in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents /operational data
• Conducting regular reviews and audits pertaining to proper documentation
• Compile and Update the key Budgetary data
• Compile and Update the key Operation data
• Compile the data in Iris System in Cleanroom
• Update & Summarize the Sales / Order data
• Upload the BOM (Bill of Material) upon receival of the BOM data from QA
• Work with Customer Service to track and update the Shipping Invoice data
