Responsibilities

• Ensure all regulatory licensing (e.g. lift operating permit, fire certificate etc) are submitted and renewed in a timely manner.

• Perform procurement function, i.e. establishing needs, sourcing, delivery and payment, as needed under facilities management.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in facility management is preferred
• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
• A hands-on person who has knowledge of basic handyman work (eg. changing of lightings, troubleshooting electrical appliances, putting up of festive decorations, housekeeping etc.) and enthusiasm to be on the ground.

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

• Minimum GCE O levels/N Levels/Diploma in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Warehouse Assistant
Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,000 + OT + AWS & variable Bonus
Working Days: Mon - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
Address: Tuas

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on daily warehouse activities
• Picking and packing, incoming receiving, wrapping, labelling and issuing
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Stuffing and un-stuffing of containers
• Perform cycle count/ stock take and house keeping
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. 1 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to lift up to 20-25kg
• Able to commit OT as and when required

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle and transport bulky items as required.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations such as receiving, binning, picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading.
• Travel within Singapore occasionally for distribution and delivery purposes.
• Maintain a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Store Assistant Cum Driver | 5 Days | $3k | Class 3 | Tai Seng

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Salary: $1800 - $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Requirements:

• Possess a valid class 3 license with good driving record

Responsibilities:

• Able to carry bulky items
• Assist daily warehouse activities such as receiving, bin in, picking, packing, sorting, loading & un-loading.
• Travel within Singapore for distribution & deliveries
• Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
