The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for driving the organization's financial success by managing comprehensive accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

This position reports to the Senior Financial Controller and is part of the Finance Department, located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage full set of accounts including monthly closing and completion of monthly account reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly GST and work closely with local tax agent to ensure timely submission of corporate tax return. Support self revenue recognition testing, internal and external audits.
• Support the business to drive sustainable profitable growth and meet financial objectives.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure compliance to US GAAP, local laws and regulations and Danaher/Leica policies.
• Supervise, train and develop talent

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent with >5 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Good influencing and communication skills, ability to work under pressure

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Asst Brand Manager to support the team to achieve our aggressive growth plans.

The Role

This is a dynamic role hands-on role where you’ll work closely with other different channels, departments, and suppliers to develop existing and new brands.

Overall Brand Management (60%) - All channels- Key Accounts, Food Service, E-Commerce, General Trade & CVS

· Key band custodian/champion for multiple brands to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and support marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, business profitability and alignment of brand objectives.
• Identify opportunities of the current business to optimize brand’s volume, revenue growth and market share across all channels.
• Support FS team, develop collaborations, grow FS sales and handle all customer requests for all brands.
• Develop and support annual marketing calendar, plan and implement a creative and integrated marketing program and campaign(4P's)
• Manage BTL executions (trade marketing, tactical promotion, sampling exercise, premiums sourcing, POS materials, dress-up) with 3rd party vendors.
• Manage brand’s social media, website and content approval independently with digital media agencies with the objective of increasing sales turnover and profitability.
• Manage pricing across all channels with the approval of senior marketing manager.
• Ensure brand activations/promotions are rolled out in timely manner across MT, GT, Ecom.
• Support to plan, develop, and implement launch of new products.
• Support & ensure on-shelf merchandising standards.
• Support to manage brand & trade marketing plans and A&P expenses
• Manage all customer enquiries/requests from all channels
• Conduct product training and brief field team on trade activations/new & promo skus launch.

Inventory Management (25%)

• Manage sales demand planning (ROF)
• Coordinate closely with logistics for incoming shipment tracking. Accurately reflect supplier in-coming changes, ad-hoc review and follow-up action plans with supplier/supply team to minimize overstocks.
• Work closely with supply chain team to ensure correct ordering mix across all skus with overall stock holding days kept within contractual.
• Prompt review and action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working or slow-moving inventory.

Brand Management - E-Commerce Business (15%)

• Brand custodian/champion for selected brands
• Develop and manage E-commerce business, promotions, and awareness working closely with channel managers.
• Support in development of feature ads/image requirements.
• Support to manage brand & trade marketing plans and A&P expenses

The ideal candidate:

• Fresh graduates with good learning attitudes are also welcome
• Baking and cooking experience is desirable
• Experience in working with the dairy/ chilled sector would be desirable
• Able to work independently and deliver results

Tasked with optimizing strategies to meet and exceed set goals. The Assistant Sales/Centre Manager actively contributes to performance enhancement initiatives, coordinating events and marketing campaigns to maximize growth productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Enhancement and Feedback- Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in providing excellent service, effective customer communication, sales proficiency, positive customer experiences, professional conduct, and packaging through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders for centre under their purview.
2. Enhance Centre Experience- Administering and overseeing logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless and well-maintained working environment, comparable to a 5-star hotel experience. This encompasses upkeep, cleanliness, and overall experiential quality.
3. Sales and Growth- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth. Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
4. Workplace Culture and Etiquette- Promoting a positive work environment aligned with company values. Execute initiatives to address challenges and organize staff welfare events, aiming to achieve a target employee satisfaction index score.
5. Customer Relationship Management- Ensure customer retention by promoting adept problem-solving skills and upholding high service standards among team members. Drive the team to do their very best in finding optimal solutions that align with both customer needs and company objectives, with the ultimate goal of reaching a target customer satisfaction index score.
6. Communication and Transparency- Ensuring consistent and aligned communications with the company's core values across all channels. Proactively communicate any issues or potential concerns to the management team to foster a collaborative and responsive approach.
7. Aureus Curriculum System- Guaranteeing the full adoption and attainment of set goals for the Enigma system by ensuring compliance with all directives.
8. Documentation and Reporting- Tracking and reporting team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
9. Ad- Hoc- Performing and fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the Management.
