The position is business partnering with Wholesale Arm of the company. Regular interactions with stake holders, strong understanding and control over the numbers are must. Ability to work under tight timelines, cost conscious, driving and owning the PnL is a key factors to this role.

Task 1: Accounting

Perform accurate month end account closing activities, reconciliation, analysis. In charge of General ledger, accruals accounting. Prepare/ review key schedules and variance analysis.

Task 2: FP&A and business partnering

Assist in annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting exercise for WS business division. Ensure smooth planning and reporting of consolidated forecast plans using Financial Planning Tool. Monitoring of Actuals vs forecast. Timely flagging of variance and actions to ensure targets are met.

Business partnering to relevant stakeholders, mainly WS for closing, forecasting, budgeting, credit risk assessment, driving collection plans, reviewing customer level margins and credit exposure and ensuring overall compliance to Finance SOPs etc. Ensure sufficiency of credit risk coverage with 3rd party insurer, any other credit risk exposure to follow proper SOPs.

Ensure accurate and overall compliance in export sales to Europe.

Knowledge of handling of export letter of credit is a plus.

Task 3: Reporting
Ensure timely reporting in HFM for Singapore business, performing system run consolidation for EC/RT/WS business on a monthly basis. Own the SG PnL and Balance Sheet reporting to Region, this includes commentaries on m-o-m and y-o-y performance/movements for actuals vs forecast, Intercompany matching and reconciliation as well.

PIC for maintenance of local GL account mapping against Global account codes in Oracle DRM. Overall control in HFM and FPT system. Other ad-hoc reporting requirements from Global/Region, e.g. license, sponsoring, etc.

Task 4: Others

Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents, corp secretary, regional and global finance team. Assist in preparation and statutory filling of financial statements. Review and approve payments. Any other tasks as assigned (e.g. stock counts, FA sighting, special projects etc).

• Chair and conduct daily production and monthly safety committee meetings.
• Approve in-house training programmes and training materials.
• Conduct in-house training for staff and when required.
• Forecast the divisional requirements.
• Communicate and carry out the management requirements to subordinates.
• Implement the company’s IMS system for continuous improvement.
• Conduct post-project performance evaluation and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure project costs are controlled within budget and minimize wastage.
• Continuously review and improve work methods and enhance the productivity of workers.
• Conduct an internal audit and self-assessment for IMS.
• Oversee the development of production indicators, man-hour standards, work instructions, and risk assessments.
• Act on behalf of the COO in his absence.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the COO.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering maintenance services
• Possess strong leadership and organisational qualities.
• Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.

Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across all of Bacha Coffee’s online marketplaces. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of online marketplace platforms, branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of campaigns, and management of online marketplaces, and has primary working relationships with the Design, PR, Marketing, Social, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (enablers, advertising etc.) as well as customers from online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image, across multiple marketplace platforms.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, PR, social, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with marketplace partners and stakeholders through regular contact.
• Manage project timelines of each marketplace campaign and new marketplace launches
• Ensuring marketing standards in each marketplace are adhered to and that marketing/design guidelines are respected by partners and marketplaces
• Working closely with the digital warehouse team and supporting the team on order fulfilment for self-run marketplaces
• Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers
• Assist in shipment tracking to ensure flow in self-run marketplaces
• Providing support to all internal teams in relation to relevant marketplaces
• Updating internal stakeholders, local and international marketing databases on a needs basis
• Continuously monitor, conduct regular reporting and data analysis to understand specific marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvements and optimisations.
• Stay updated, and sharing market trends, best practices and innovations, proposing ideas and initiatives and new marketplace potentials

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Tmall, Lazada etc., including tools, technologies and best practices.
• Results-driven and able to work under pressure

Bacha Coffee is hiring a Customer Service professional to handle all incoming customer inquiries and calls in regard to our Brand, products, and eCommerce orders via Brand.com as well as pure player eCommerce marketplaces.

The role requires knowledge of the online luxury retail business and a solid foundation of quality service standards.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (marketplace enablers, third-part logistics providers etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement with customers to ensure care is taken to uphold the best standards of service including response time, quality of replies, follow up, etc.
• Handle all incoming calls and customer inquiries via Brand.com and any other channels, responding in a professional manner, and helping customers to resolve their issues. Ensuring that queries are replied within 1 business day.
• Be able to provide information about Bacha Coffee’s products and services when necessary.
• Initiate email correspondence with customers, when required.
• Liaising with external partners, such as third-party logistics providers, to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure availability during non-office hours during peak sales periods to assist when required with mega campaign order processing and customer service.
• Monitor customer inquiries, and provide insights into customer behaviour and suggest improvements to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and commercial opportunities.
• Working internally and with external teams to ensure that strong relationships are built and maintained with high-net-worth customers to enhance their experience with Bacha Coffee.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures and standards to ensure that Bacha Coffee’s standards and quality are consistently upheld.
• Monitor response times, customer recovery standards, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, including the digital warehouse, to ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly, with quality.
• Utilise customer care systems or other tools to follow up, close cases, and proactively outreach to customers when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a customer service role.
• At least 2 years of working experience in online D2C.
• At least 2 years of experience operating pure player marketplace backend systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of English
• Meticulous, adaptable, possess an eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience in mentoring team members is a plus.
• Experience in utilising customer care management tools is a plus.
• Positive character who is able to pivot across multiple tasks.
