About the role,

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities would includes

• Leverage your in-depth experience in retail mall marketing to conceptualize and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with shoppers and tenants alike.
• Oversee all marketing and communication programs across diverse platforms, including advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and direct marketing, to create a unified and compelling brand identity.
• Develop impactful marketing strategies and ensure their seamless execution, driving engagement and retention while positioning the mall as a standout shopping destination.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to deliver cost-effective, high-impact campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Skills and experience required

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and proven experience in offline retail marketing and are well-versed in orchestrating large-scale promotional events, campaigns, and tenant collaborations.
• Highly organized, capable of working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-focused with a proven ability to meet stringent deadline in a retail mall environment

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery within budget, while meeting business requirements and overseeing the operations, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.
• Mentor the internal development team in applying Agile principles and practices to maximise business value.
• Assess and recommend Agile software engineering practices for the team’s improvement.
• Identify and address impediments, or guide the team in removing obstacles.
• Foster a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of judgement, focusing on problem-solving.
• Enhance transparency, share information, and ensure effective communication.
• Increase the development team's velocity at a sustainable pace.
• Educate and support the Product Owner, particularly in product backlog refinement, vendor management, and internal stakeholder engagement.
• Uphold the principles of the Agile Software Development Manifesto.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in this role.
• Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile methodology, with prior development experience.
• Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Scrum Master or equivalent software delivery role.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum, LeSS, and Kanban is an advantage.
• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation is also an added advantage.
• All nationalities welcome, but must be in Singapore with 2 years of local experience.
