• Assist in Temple's and Memorial Hall's daily operations
• Support events organized by the Temple (Vesak, Qing Ming & Ullambana Festival)
• Attend to customers’ enquiries
• Other general / ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Able to work 6-day’s week (including weekends and public holidays)

Accounts Assistant (AR)

• Industry: Manufacturing
• Gross Salary: Up to $3200 (Depending on experience)
• Working days & hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm
• Location: Joo Koon (2 ways Transport Provided from Boon Lay MRT)
• Benefits: AWS + VB / Lunch & Tea Break Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize delivery orders and prepare invoices and credit notes for customers with proper filing.
• Send tax invoices with service orders/delivery orders via email/mail as required.
• Issue monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support AR collection.
• Perform AR reconciliation tasks.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with min. 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred
• Familiarity with BOSS System is an advantage.
