Duties & Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) to ensure smooth and efficient service. Ensure excellent customer service to maximize guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any complaints.
• Quality Control and Vendor Management: Conduct regular assessments of food and beverage quality, identifying potential areas for improvement and exploring new vendor options.
• Staff Management and Development: Organize and manage staff shifts to optimize operational efficiency. Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to promote team productivity.
