Responsibilities & Duties:

• Welcome and greet customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Promote products and handle customer enquiries
• Provide fashion style advice to customers
• Manage online sales platforms including LIVE sale on TikTok and Instagram
• Handle cashiering duties
• Assist in backroom duties and fulfilment of online orders
• Work together with the team to ensure that daily and monthly sales target is achieved
• Prepare store for daily operations
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Maintain cleanliness of the retail floor
• Keep up to date with product information
