• Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with purchase orders, delivery Orders/goods receipts via Esker procurement system

• Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and staff expenses claims are accurate and properly coded via Prosoft.

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

Requirements :

• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage

• No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role

• Manage the reception area. Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties eg. registration, appointments, billing, answering phone calls and clients’ inquiries, arranging booking for Radiology and Laboratory tests.
• Operate the Clinic Management System.
• Perform basic health screening assessments as required ie. height, weight, blood pressure, waist, hip measurement, body fat analysis, vision testing and Electrocardiogram (ECG) test.
• Handle blood/urine/stool samples and liaise for Laboratory/specimens collection and delivery.
• Assist in dispensing prescribed medication and supplies.
• Assist the Doctor in chaperoning client, if required.
• Handling cash and credit card payments, electronic fund transfers and the NETS terminal. Ensure accurate and complete documentation for cash floats, electronic fund transfers and credit transactions.
• Submission of CHAS, Medisave, TPA claims etc.
• Manage stock and inventory.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the clinic.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Assists in achieving store recruiting goals

· Monitor proper use and ensure the quality of data in the sales staff’s client books, working with sales staff to propose action plans

Store Assistant duties and requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proven retail sales experience.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.

· Previous specialty retail management experience, preferably in the outdoor industry

· Retail background preferred-previous management experience

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems, to ensure that they are up and running smoothly:

• Report to Project Leads/Project Engineers in delivering of projects
• Managing of vendors
• Performing project administration
• Performing inventory checks
• Performing equipment testing
• Sourcing for vendors
• Procuring of project equipment, parts and components
• Compiling of materials for Projects (User Manuals/Delivery Note/HOTO etc.)
• Supervising Vendors/Contractors to ensure work is done according to specifications
• Extracting and compiling data for analysis
• Installing and setting up of project equipment (e.g. Comms, IT, Network, etc.)
• Driver (e.g. transporting project equipment to/fro sites, sending project leads/engineers to/fro sites, etc.)
• Require travelling to various sites for work.
• Operating and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3-year experience in a similar engineering-related capacity. Fresh grads may also be considered.

• Evident in writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power-point & Excel)
• Class 3 Driving License is a must.
