• Monitor and ensure department stocks are orderly and efficiently maintained.

• Update staff deployment changes in excel list based on manpower

• Check and update staff payback on Teams via payback form submissions

• Prepare Staff biodata file and Induction files for new hire training

• Manage office admin duties - faxing, scanning, shredding and filing documents

• Coordinate meetings and room bookings for meetings.

• Process staff claims when necessary

• Maintain ops petty cash fund

• Maintaining birthday board

• Any other duties as requested by department

Requirements:

- Min Diploma in any discipline

- Able to start IMMEDIATELY or on short notice

- Able to work for 6 months period

- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills

- Must be comfortable in using excel file & looking at numbers

- Must be comfortable in calling patients & organisations with outstanding payment
