Key Responsibilities:

1. Receptionist Duties:

• Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company.

2. Administrative Support:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the Partners.
• Prepare presentations and assist with communication and correspondence on behalf of the Partners.
• Assist with confidential and sensitive information, maintaining discretion at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Shipping Assistant cum Accounts to join our team at Fairteck Holding Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and preferably, experience with SAP or other ERP software. This role also involves supporting the Sales Support team and handling import/export documentation.

Job Description:

· Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation

· Daily tracking of export shipments and coordination with service providers

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the international business while also providing essential HR functions. • Handle Regional Recruitment and process work visa applications.
• Prepare HR letters, including employment letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and annual review documents.
• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring updates are made accurately.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources or a related field, those with a master’s degree will have a definite advantage.
• Proven experience in international business operations REQUIRED.

• You must have international experience.
• As you will be dealing with multiple China offices fluent Mandarin is REQUIRED.
