Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ops/Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold cleanliness and organisation standards across our studio and warehouse. Every day looks different in this dynamic role — from moving and delivering furniture to inspecting our space pre and post-events. You'll tackle a range of tasks, including cleaning areas like the flower studio, restrooms, courtyard, and beyond. Flexibility and an eye for detail are pivotal for excelling in this position.

Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning surfaces across various areas.

* Assist with logistics and operations, such as rearranging furniture and delivering items between the studio and warehouse. Conduct pre and post-event venue inspections.

* Provide on-the-ground support during events.

* Handle additional administrative duties, including plant care, inventory management, and more.

Requirements

* Possess a Class 3 driving license.

* Capable of lifting up to 25kg.

* Proficient in English communication.
