Job scope:

- In charge in calling & liaise with customers to follow up on outstanding payment

- Prepare monthly Statement of Accounts & payment reminder to customers

- Maintaining accurate records of customers' payment history and debt recovery efforts

- Assist in Generating and Sending invoices to customers

- Office administrative & clerical works

- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

- Competent in Microsoft office application

- Possess good working attitude & sense of responsibility

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections processes

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
