We invite qualified and passionate academics to apply for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in College of Computing and Data Science. We seek individuals with exceptional promise for or a proven record of research achievements within their chosen field of research. They should also demonstrate strong ability for effective undergraduate and graduate level teaching. Candidates must have vision and an interest in defining the research frontier as well as educating our next-generation of young leaders in this rapidly evolving field. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical development of computational solutions and systems.

The position is open for candidates working in all areas of computer science and engineering. However, we are particularly interested in candidates working at the frontiers of the following high priority areas: Bayesian computation, applied probability, machine learning, data science, and optimization

Responsibilities:

• Research: The appointee is responsible for conducting high-quality innovative research, publishing top-tier papers, securing competitive research grants, and supervising research personnel.
• Teaching: The appointee is expected to conduct competent undergraduate and graduate level teaching, including development of course materials, delivery of lectures and tutorials, grading assignments and exam papers, providing feedback to students, and academic supervision of undergraduate and graduate student projects.
• Service: The appointee is expected to undertake responsibly assigned administrative services in the school and university, such as servicing on committees and mentoring students.

Requirements:

• You should possess a PhD in related disciplines from a well-recognized university.
• You have demonstrated exceptional promise for or a proven record of research achievements within the chosen field of research and strong ability for effective undergraduate and graduate level teaching
• You are able to lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• You are able to supervise research staff and students through effective communication
• You should ideally possess strong presentation skills

Event Coordination

• Source and liaise with vendors for events and marketing materials, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide logistical support during events, managing on-site operations effectively.

Content Creation

• Script, produce, shoot, and edit photography and videography projects to align with marketing objectives.
• Conceptualise and develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and creative ideas.

Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to boost fan engagement and digital presence.
• Create diverse content such as posts, stories, reels, thought leadership pieces, and advertisements.

Marketing Campaigns

• Conduct market research to identify trends and develop relevant, innovative marketing strategies.
• Develop content for electronic direct mailers (EDMs), internal communications, and company websites.

Lead Generation

• Manage and execute lead-generating campaigns on platforms such as Facebook to drive potential customer or candidate interest and engagement.

Collaborative Support

• Assist subsidiaries and related companies in marketing and event-related tasks.
• Support various ad-hoc projects, initiatives and administrative task as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Media, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in photography and video editing.

Passion and creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.

Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using digital marketing tools.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Competency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.

Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounting knowledge (AR, AP, GST Filing, CPF Submission and Payroll)
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Data entry for all financial transactions
• Handle full set of accounts
• Carry out work pemit applications, renewals and cancellation of foreign workers

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Issuing, sending of PO via email and keep track of PO for procurement activities.

2. Liaising with store to monitor stock inventories required by Operations Unit is in place to avoid any potential material shortage

3. Liaising with open lines of communication and collaboration, manufacturing teams can ensure plant requirements are met efficiently and production runs smoothly.

4. Maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory
