Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with demonstrated experience in programme management, project development, implementation, and evaluation, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to handling complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and diverse stakeholders.

Overview

NUHS Regional Health System Office works with internal stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve population health and promote preventive health. Together, we strive to build a healthy and engaged population in the West, empowered to live well and age well in their home and in the community.

The incumbent will be responsible to drive precinct planning efforts to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the Western Region.
