• GIRO Reduction: Record all GIRO deductions into the SAP system before month-end closing.

• Monthly Monitoring: Ensure timely receipt and entry of Debit Note (DN) or Credit Note (CN) into the SAP system and request SOAs from suppliers.
• Daily Cashbook Reporting: Report and maintain the daily cashbook.
• Payment Forecast Updates: Update forecast payment details and monitor cash balances in the bank.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Salary Paramenter: Gross Salary between SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200, according to experience and candidate skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support:
   • Assist in coordinating and managing the end-to-end IOR/EOR process for global shipments.
   • Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
   • Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Documentation Management:
   • Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation.
   • Assist in preparing necessary documents for import/export compliance, including import licenses, permits, and declarations.
3. Customer Communication:
   • Act as a point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries.
   • Collaborate with customers to gather required information and ensure compliance with local regulations.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies in various countries.
   • Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export laws and guidelines.
5. Problem Resolution:
   • Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipment delays, missing documents, or customs holds.
   • Escalate critical issues to the operations manager or relevant teams as needed.
6. Reporting:
   • Assist in preparing regular reports on shipment status, compliance metrics, and operational performance.
   • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Education:
   • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations.
   • Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
3. Skills:
   • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
   • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management systems.
   • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
4. Knowledge:
   • Understanding of customs documentation and import/export regulations.
   • Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's in interior design or related field
• At least 3 years of sales experience in renovation/construction (preferred)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Must have customer service experience

4. Job Requirements

- Dedicated to helping dental customers to fulfil patients' oral objectives

- Attention to detail, independent and not error-prone

Bookkeeping knowledge will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain partial set of accounts (willing to pick up full set) and prepare timely management reports for multiple entities.
• Process monthly journal entries, schedules and bank reconciliations.
• Manage loan covenants and ensure compliance with bank requirements.
• In-charge of cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
• Handle GST filings and submission.
• Assist with year-end financial closing and audit processes.
• Liaise with external partners (company secretary, tax agents, auditors and banks).
• Assist in the setup & strike off companies with company secretary.
• Support the preparation of financial forecast and budgeting.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MYOB & Microsoft Excel.
• Matured, organized and meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities for Regional Internal Audit Assistant Manager:

• Conduct assigned audit tasks as directed by the Head of Group Internal Audit or a delegate.
• Evaluate, document, and test internal controls within business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
