Our client, is a care institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (6 months contract).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the Arts and Wellness program
• Usage of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Index Search)
• Coordinate between department and various related parties
• Assist in simple logistics duties (e.g. packing of relevant materials for events)

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Job Scope:

• Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
• Meticulous handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
• Performed close support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained
• Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
• Provision of administrative support to the department
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE "O" Levels and above
• Prior experience in administrative field would be an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
• Able to commit at least 3-6 months or longer
