Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, developing, delivering and maintaining information products to support product and service deployment, service delivery, service quality and product maintenance throughout the product and service lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality information products, including documentation, training, multimedia and technical illustrations.
• Present complex information to the target audience in a concise, accurate and usable form.
• Develop requirements, estimates and project plans for information product development.

Full-Time Clinic Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Registration of patients, reception duties, dispensing medications and payment collections

· Attend to phone calls, schedule appointment and send reminders to patients for chronic medication follow-up

· Handle administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services

· Inventory check, medicines order and replenishing of medicines

· Any other admin duties and responsibilities as assigned by Doctor or Clinic Manager

· General housekeeping of clinic

Job Requirements:

· Must have previous experience as a Clinic Assistant

· Minimum GCE N/O level qualifications

· Basic computer skills

· Familiar with clinic workflow and Clinic Assist system
