Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations and Business Partnering to manage end-to-end HR operations and provide strategic business partnering for Singapore, Vietnam, and China. 7. HR Digitization

• Continuously evaluate and optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience across regions.

8. Administrative Duties

• Provide support and guidance to the administrative team on end-to-end travel management, office management, pantry management, and other related areas.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- At least 8 years of experience in HR with strong focus in HR Business Partnering and end- to- end HR Operations

- Prior experience in managing HR operations in Vietnam and China.
