Our client, is a care institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (3 months contract).
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and updating of the online platform
- Onboard and offboard users on the online platform
- Collate and manage quarterly statistics, and archive past data
- Assist in basic design work and copywriting if needed
- Other administrative duties as and when needed
Job Requirements:
- Prior admin experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
